Swimming in Cook ForestDue to budget problems, the pool at Cook Forest will be closed for the summer of 2010. Many people swim in the Clarion River at the mouth of Tom's Run, which is adjacent to MacBeth's Cabins customers as the river is adjacent to MacBeth's. Naturally, many people cool off in the river while canoeing or innertubing. A large natural pool with a sandy beach is also available for recreational swimming at the nearby Clear Creek State Park complex.
