Swimming in Cook Forest

Cook Forest State Park has a public swimming pool located on the Cooksburg-Vowinkle Road, just up the hill from the picnic grounds near Tom's Run.  The pool has lifeguards on duty during all hours of operation.  There is a "baby" pool for young children.  The pool has restrooms, showers changing areas with lockers and a small concession stand.  There is a small admission fee.

Many people also swim in the Clarion River, which is convenient for MacBeth's Cabins customers as the river is adjacent to MacBeth's.  Naturally, many people cool off in the river while canoeing or innertubing.
